Took a chance on this tune-up kit for my old G8 and the foam sleeve was a perfect fit. The spark plug alone smoothed out the rough idle immediately.

My old air filter was completely clogged, so getting this kit with both the filter and foam sleeve was exactly what I needed. The spark plug gap was correct right out of the box, which saved me the hassle of adjusting it. My G9 is running smoother than it has in years after this simple swap.

Took about 20 minutes to swap out the old spark plug and air filter on my 1993 G8, and it fired right up first try. The foam sleeve feels denser than the crusty original I pulled off, which is a nice surprise.
