EZGO Marathon (Electric) Heavy Duty Replacement Leaf Spring Set

EZGO Marathon (Electric) Heavy Duty Replacement Leaf Spring Set - Main image
$182.87 $294.95 In stock

Category: Golf Cart Accessories

Your EZ-GO Marathon is likely suffering from weak original equipment leaf springs. On top of this, the addition of a utility bed or rear facing flip seat can expose the weakened original suspension components, especially the leaf springs on the rear axle. This set includes the following replacement parts for the "do-it-yourselfer":

  • Application:
    • 1975-1994 Marathon Electric Model
  • Qty 2 Leaf Spring Assemblies (4-leaf construction on each assembly)
  • Qty 2 Leaf Spring Rubber Bushing Kits

Replacing your rear leaf springs will help eliminate the annoying wheel and tire rub on the body of your cart when driving on uneven terrain or carrying more weight on the rear than the cart was originally designed for. These springs are a great addition with the purchase of a rear flip seat kit.

These springs are NOT compatible with EZGO TXT model or RXV model.

I installed these on my Marathon last weekend and the rear sag is completely gone now. The steel feels noticeably thicker than the factory leaves, so I’m confident they’ll handle the extra weight from the flip seat I added without drooping.

Leo Y. ★★★★★

My old springs were completely shot after putting a rear seat kit on my Marathon, and this set leveled it right out and handles the extra weight perfectly. The leafs have a noticeably thicker gauge than the originals I pulled off, which made a big difference in sag.

Joshua ★★★★★

Took about an hour to swap out the old sagging set, and the rear end sits level again even with the flip seat loaded down. The heavy-duty build feels solid, no creaking or flexing on rough cart paths.
